I want to thank everyone for bringing this tax credit to light.  Ohio  
does have this program, not a complete exemption, but about a 25%  
reduction.  I received notice today that I qualify.
Not only that but I'm getting a refund for 2005 taxes as well!!  What  
a nice surprise on a Friday afternoon.
