These guys travel around and offer free trial rides to see if you 'qualify' for one. And by that I don't necessarily mean money. A high level quad won't qualify as there is no sip n puff adapter. I don't remember the qualifications but I'm sure you can email them and ask.
This is DEFINATELY the Cadillac of power chairs. Oh, it is NOT certified to be used as a driving chair. (yet) I'm saving up tho - if I can get one of my 'dot-coms' to take off..... watch out.
