I frequently visit Mark's site and if you need to know about chairs just go there, those people know their chairs and all the tech bs you'll want to know.
Mark works for Pride Mobility and the guy with his legs crossed was him driving that chair I posted earlier.

I once saw a Pride Jazzy going down a hill at more than 15 mph until I realize it was in freewheel. Never knew if it ever made it to the bottom of the hill. I think that Mark (Mr Wheelchair Junkiie) was driving it at the time. Check out wheelchairjunkie.com

I was trying to find the fastest chair made and to my surprise Bounder makes a chair that goes 11.5 mph!
