I get pneumonia about twice a year and getting it out is why because it settles in your lungs so you got to have someone help and it isn't easy at first but after a couple times it's not too bad.
I have to lean all the way back in my chair and have someone squeeze my chest close to the bottom of my ribs and kind of upward motion and once you start getting that crap out you'll cough!
Sorry you have this I know it sucks.

I have a mild case of pneumonia. I had excruciating lung pain and
fever Thur night, took tylenol and celebrex and that helped alot. My
Dr. sent me to the ER Fri.
they saw a small infection in lower right lung lobe. Gave me
antibiotics and cough syrup. Problem is I have no cough. Any
suggestions as to how to get
this stuff up and out of my lungs?
I see my primary Dr. today.
