Hi Linda, Those DME's are greedy bastards. Quikee didn't jump "that" much, but it cut into their outrages profit margins. They like to make more off a chair than dealerships make off of cars. "Ought to be a law"! They got a monopoly and take advantage of it. Stunt

After I refused to go back to Hamilton's in Indy, the DME I chose said that the Quickie chairs jumped too much in price & Medicaid didn't want to pay for them. I was stupid & chose the wrong drive system, my mistake. The new chair still sits in my spare bedroom collecting dust for 2 1/2yrs. It's good to be back, hi to all the newbies. Lindaf
