Sometimes I will ask my husband to apply pressure here or rub there and  I find out that I have told him the wrong place.    He says I wear him out before he even finds the area that is hurting me.   The pain from the nerves surprise me about the location.
When I go to  have the botox injections in my legs we will mark my legs the night before.  We have to do a  a few at a time because I loose the ability to know the exact pinpoint area to shoot.  My nerves  in my legs are so fragile that the EMG machine is  not much help.
I think as we all get older we are going to have to deal with all types of pain obstacles.  I just don't know what else it can be.

Hi Diane,

And I've found that parts of my body that I hurt post SCI aches a lot more as time passes.  Age puts a strain on the body of someone with a SCI.

Anyway I'm just curious to know if most of your pain levels increased -- got better -- or remained about the same ???             Dan
