It is really nice of you to do this. When I was a young soldier I really appreciated it when the families took us in for the holiday meals. I still remember my battalion commander inviting three of his sergeants over to his family's house for Thanksgiving. I just happened to be one of those three. Being alone in the barracks over the holidays is one of the most depressing time periods I can recall. This will be my sister-in-law and brothers first time hosting a holiday meal, so if it goes I might contact MacDill Air Force Base and see if there are any young soldiers, Marines, or airman that might be interested in coming out for Christmas.
