So far I have been through six colonoscopies and they haven't had to put me under for any of them. I had a sensation in my bowels, but it isn't extreme enough to cause me to many problems. I don't know what it would be like to go under knowing that my blood pressure was spiking just as they were about to put me under. It must have been petrifying. Thankfully everything turned out okay for you. Quadius
