My gut feeling is that this is urological related. As usually the case, doctors act as if everything is new to them. This message group is so much more problem solving.
I could be dead tired, temperature comfortable, and blood pressure is low. With-in half an hour I am no longer tired, urine is caught in bag, I am becoming cold and soon to be shivering, blood pressure raised, and I am wide awake unable to sleep until morning. This has so affected my life. Regardless how tired I am, in half an hour I am ready for a long night of flipping TV channels. This must be experienced by others at some time. Any help or related stories?
