You have to be really careful, because a number of years ago my UTI went  
into the bloodstream and I went into a comma for 13 days and my kidneys were  
about to shut down as I do not have a bladder from bladder cancer.  Don't  ever 
wait, if you have symptoms, call the doctor or get to ER.
I don't have a  lot of symptoms with my UTI's, sometimes smell of the urine 
and a lot of extra  spasms.  I usually called my visiting nurse and get a 
culture.  I  often get night shivers and I am freezing..
