Joan, I know how you feel about being able to feed yourself & drink. I can 
drink myself, I have a chin drive chair & attached to my chin drivebox is a 
drinking tube{aqua tubing} that goes into a 3qt water jug that hangs off the 
back of my chair under my wheelchair bag. Before I moved out of the Nursing 
Home, I had muscle & tendon transfers to my elbows in hopes to use a joystick 
on my chairarm & feed myself. No such luck though! I moved out anyway!
