Danny, there is a big difference between the low profile and high profile Roho. A low profile will not give you the adequate margin to avoid pressure sores. I would definitely stick with a high profile. The low profile is probably for someone who is more ambulatory. Have you been having any trouble with pressure when sitting? Dan T.
