I use a TDX3 and it does very well. It isn't going to last seven years

the
chair they try to give you if you don't like it. If you don't sign the paper,
it's a 300lb paperweight. Don't forget a decent seatbelt you can use. I hope
that is some help? if you ask more specific q's I might be able to get you
more info.

I always like you postings John. Another consideration, who pays for the
wheelchair? They may/will make the final determination of what you will
receive and what they will pay for. If CMS is paying for your chair these
days, it
may affect the equation.
Manufacturers, in the past, like to demonstrate their electric power chairs
outdoors, climbing curbs, riding ramps and giving us the impression that
"their" chair can do anything and go anywhere.
In reality, if CMS is paying for your chair... its really for use indoors.
Just the basic mode of transportation.
Riding a bus, is not in the picture. Going places is not part of their
agreement. Bungie Jumping off the side of a bridge, is out of their league.

Hence, when planning of a new chair, that CMS is paying for, consider all of
the above to know what you want, but also realize that CMS will just pay for
what you need......

I sincerely hope the policy improves.
