I do a short ROM routine when getting up in the chair, but I spasm like a SOB when I get back in the bed. I have become use to it. I don't mind the spasms as long as they don't lead to AD. When I got hurt I had a lot of things broken so some joints don't range like they should. My right ankle is like frozen and my left hip and knee have never moved in the orbital way that people call normal. I had my hands messed up and I guess I'm lucky to have them.( its a real coin toss some days) Speaking of daily exercizes, does anyone else do mnomonic excersizes, its memory tricks. I have good days and bad days at it. You have all been very patient with me and I can't begin to tell you how much it helps. I'm sorry that I may repeat myself and I forget who said what. It isn't disrespect. I'm not really stupid, either, lol. I just get a little hard of thinking at times. john -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]; [email protected] Sent: Fri, 9 Mar 2007 9:40 PM Subject: Re: [QUAD-L] ROM Poll

Merrill I don't do rom anymore. I have all over spasms. legs, back & tummy muscles. my fingers are curled only because i had tendon transfers, they were straight. diane ________________________________________________________________________ AOL now offers free email to everyone.
