I had mine done in 1990 & I 'm happy I did it. I can eat,  put on make-up, 
open pill vials, laundry, sweep, mop, etc. without cuffs. If I  feel like a 
smoke, I can use a lighter <---- docs weren't to happy with that  :-) Anyway, 
count me 'that one'. I had them done at Metro Health in Cleveland by  Dr. Keith 
who is a hand surgeon.
