Yes, it was blocked today. After it was clear the measure would fail,
Majority Leader Harry Reid switched his vote to Nay to preserve his option,
under arcane Senate rules, to bring the bill back to the Floor to reconsider at
a later time. So contact your Senators and ask for their support when this
issue comes back to the Senate Floor!
