I use a shoulder strap now, but I have someone put it on before I get into the vehicle. I can go all day with an on, but I preferred to usually only have it on when I am driving. If you would like I can try to have my brother take some photos tonight or tomorrow and send them to you.
As for Velcro I have a friend that had a shoulder strap that came from the right side and then went down to his left. It was bolted in down on the seat and on the upper right of the back rest.
