Add a little mirilax to your diet. A lot of quads take meds that dry their bowel and large intestine. The mirilax carries the water on through. You sort of have to adjust your own dosage. It doesn't cause cramps. Often a small amount is all it takes to stay on your schedule. You may want to ask our doctor about glycolax. (generic name)
