Thanks for the update. I'm more confused, thanks (lol) You mentioned Freedom Wheels in Houston and then Newby Vance Mobiity in OK. Both dealers are approved as IDS dealers. Voc Rehab, controls the contract as they are the payee. So contractually, Voc Rehab takes the lead on all approvals and changes to the original contract. How did your IMS van get to OK and Houston? Were all systems installed at one location or shared between Freedom and Vance Mobility. What has Voc Rehab suggested at this point? Once you have all of your facts in timeline and verified If these dealers are NMEDA, you have the right to arbitration after all is said and done.
