I had a large bladder when I initially had my suprapubic procedure done. I would recommend trying to find a urologist who is familiar with quadriplegics, if that is possible. I am lucky that my urologist is very familiar with SCI. Maybe somebody on the list can provide you with a hospital where such a urologist might exist within a reasonable distance of where you live.
