[QUAD-L] voc rehab

i met a woman in a chair from ms that is a greeter at walmart. voc rehab bought 
her a used dodge rampvan to get to walmart minus 1500.00 she paid herself.
   
  i was happy for her but upset inside i was denied any help.....
   
  but thats life it isnt fair and never will be.....
