We really have no idea why it's high.  The problem is it's not always high and 
when it is it's for no apparent reason. So, now my doctor doesn't think I 
should be on medicine (I seen him this morning), if it's not consistently high. 
 I just have to monitor it more.  Thanks to those who replied!
