Turns out my BP is higher after the visiting nurse changes my Foley than it  
is before she does.  I think there's an 'intrusion' or (possibly  excitement) 
factor since a strange woman is fussing around 'down there' while  I'm naked.  
 One of then is even pretty good looking.  (pretty  good medicine in itself.)

Follow the doctor's advise.  He knows your medical history and  meds.
