What operating system are you running? Did you install any new software recently? Also it would help to know are you running preferred or another version?

About a week and a half ago a message started popping up at random, causing dragon to not hear me. It's happening more often now and it is a major inconvenience and hassle. This is one of the few sites I can go to now without it happening. I get the error message that the application caused the runtime error to terminate it in an unusual way. I tried going to Nuance's website for technical support, but the runtime error pops up when I go to it. It's frustrating. Has anyone else had this problem?. Does anyone know how to fix it?
