Thankfully I have not had this problem, but I might suggest that you go to
the following website and ask the question on the forum.  You might have to
register, but I have found it to be the best place to get relevant
NaturallySpeaking feedback.

You might also want to try doing a system restore.  If you're not familiar
with how to do this I can walk you through it or I'm sure there are other
people on here much more confident than I am that can help.

Last week I inadvertently hit a button that allowed some software to
download and it put some really annoying spyware on my computer.  I tried
almost everything to get rid of it, but finally I ended up doing a system
restore back to the condition my computer had been in a few days before and
it was gone and the system worked much better.
