I feel your pain Ron. I wish I could come up with a better method to
evacuate my bowels. This has been one of the biggest problems I have had
over the last seven months. I thought I had everything under control and
then while my ex-wife (my Frau) was visiting me my bowels fouled up again.
I went in to see the doctor and after a couple of visits he finally looked
back at my last colonoscopy and discovered I have diverticulitis.

I have tried to adapt my diet to compensate for that problem and regulated
my probiotics, but it seemed like if I get too much tomato products in my
system it caused me problems. I am grateful the pain has diminished
significantly over the last four weeks and I am optimistic this will
continue if I try my best to stay on a decent diet.
