I'll write back with more details later, but I have been using wireless microphones for quite some time. Some of them are quite pricey and others pick up so much ambient noise it is difficult to use them if your house is noisy.
I have heard that some of the Bluetooth's are good, but I don't have any first-hand knowledge. Anyway, I'll provide some websites and write more later.
