I have provided a link to what I consider to be the most comprehensive list
on wireless microphones which are best used with NaturallySpeaking or other
voice activated software.  The majority of the wireless systems are
extraordinarily high priced.  I think it depends on what you are planning to
use your wireless microphone to do.  There may be a cheaper solution out
there.  I used to have a wireless system much like what they sell at
RadioShack for around $40.  The major problem I see with this type of system
is it picks up all of the ambient noise around you and you have to either
recharge batteries (9 V) or modify something so you can power the
transmitter from your wheelchair.  It is possible, but it requires some
work.

Anyway, here is the website.  Like I said it's pretty high priced for good
quality stuff.  I have not had an opportunity to check out any of the
Bluetooth microphones which are out there right now.
