I have been talking to a developer that due to the very poor real estate market would consider a community development for para/quad/tetra...Club House, Specail Pool, Gym..thinking of all the rehab at Shepherd.. Have own drug store, therapist, equipment technologist, registered nurse...everything that is needed and so hard to come by as per quad emails..Set up business center to train for work or carry on own business.. Vans available for trips to Atlanta/Opera/High Musuem of Art/Shepherds/VA Hospital/etc. all within 30 miles..Kind of like a private club...I know it isn't the best of all worlds..but maybe 40 years ago..Senior Living was put into place..a lot of folks like it and moved to such communities...I'm 75 and would never want to live in such a community..but that is me...The whole situation is set up as a Condo Complex and run by your own management team..etc..etc..To Blue Sky?..Might be worth a try...Maybe get a few large corporations to back it..UPS/HOME DEPOT/ RUBBERMAID/ ETC. Home Depot founders are very big funding backers of Shepherds...Myron
