I understand the problem with funding and money for disabled..i didn't 30 days ago..but I see it now..The project and its funding..I am working on now...If I could get enough families, folks, etc. to say interested..i think, I can get the lenders, banks, corporations to back the community idea..I am not aware of anything like it in the World..Japan has communities..but they were set up..to hide family problems of disability..things may have changed..Keep the advice coming..The more I learn the less I know..Myron
