Thanks so much..I learned more in one reading than many folks know in a lifetime...it is a very complex problem..the last place to turn is public money..has to come through corporations and foundations..I'd like to do the project in Florida as I had several people say Florida is great..Ga. has some very good weather..Right now the temp is in the 20's but it usually is mild..Atlanta offers alot..but it can't beat family...Family is the name if the game..."G" almost sounds like the "N" word...of course it is an in word..just haven't heard it used in many years..Keep the information coming..Happy New Year..Myron...
