[QUAD-L] Quads and paras that dont do bowell routines?

Hey guys,
   
  I have been a c7 quad for 10 years....every other morning I am assisted with 
my bowell routine......I use majic bullets. Two questions......
   
  1) What advantages are there with the enemeez plus or a majic bullet?
   
  2) Ive heard more that one quad tell me they dont do a bowell 
routine.........if you dont have a routine what do u do to evacuate?
