I have had chihuahua's all my life and love them. Currently I have a male Chico. He is very loyal. He enjoys scaring the crap out of new mailmen, meter readers, and generally anyone who dares strays into my yard. Bark definitely worse than bite! Once a kid pushed my oldest son off the porch it wasn't a bad fall but ever since he harrasses all blond haired little boys. I got a kitten recently and to my amazement he litter box trained himself! Vet said most small dogs can do this. No more worrys about accidents especially on rainy days (like today) when he refuses to go out. I wish you many years of faithful companionship.
