Same information I was given. In fact, I suffer severely when I don't take
the probiotics when I am taking an antibiotic. Right now I'm recovering
from the flu and on Cipro. The probiotics is what helps me keep my bowels
in order. Although, I must admit that oatmeal has really helped me
considerably. I didn't believe it when I kept reading it on here, but once
I tried one bowl a day, I found it worked wonders on me.
