My 8" lowered floor is minimal clearance for me being 5"9". Lowered any more and bottoming out would happen even more. Driveway entrances and speed bumps get me constantly even by being careful.

I was unfortunate that mine sits 7 ft high. Some you could still get in a car wash. In any case a person needs to be aware of all this when they buy a van otherwise you learn the hard way. ron c7
