My cholesterol is 155. I can't remember the number of my good cholesterol but it is low. My doctor said its from not being able to exercise like I used to.
My neighbor had some pretty high cholesterol and got it down without drugs. He was really careful with what he ate. It was a few months before he got bloodwork done again but it was way down. I don't know your situation and I fear it formyself as my brother is only 5 years older than me and is going down the path of high cholesterol that runs in my family. Good luck with everything.
