I use a combination of tizanidine and baclofen , it works well for me.

There's a new drug identified as AV650 that is an antispasmodic drug.  
Supposedly, it doesn't have the sedating effect like baclofen and tizanadine.  
It's really a pain in the ass--with baclofen when my spasms are gone I just 
wanna sleep, but once the meds wear off I'm awake and as spastic as before.  A 
circle can be so cruel.  They aren't doing trials in my state or I would do it. 
 The only thing is you have to get off of all your spasm meds and still you 
might wind up with the placebo and not the drug.
