I would suggest that you get the free samples and try it. My routine was
just about the same as yours. I did every thing the same as before but
substituted enemeez for digital stim and I had a lot less problems with
hemroids and it isn't harsh like regular enemas . For those who are
monitoring, notice I left out the R word.
