Yes- big time; I feel as if I am going to jump out of my skin when something
startles me. What is worse for me; is the spasm in waiting, the one that is
building (you can feel it coming on) and bam.... just like that. That usually
happens to me in public, or a function, when I am sitting still for to long....
trying not to be the spaz that I am.

I can feel it in my legs of all places and it hurts. I sometimes have
sensation which is weird but so is the reason why I am paralyzed.

So many times there would be a sudden sound which hardly anyone
would notice, but I JUMP inside as if to blast out of my skin. Even if I am
prepared for a sound, my startle reflex is so strong but of course I¢m C/5 and
do not move.

Sudden loud noises like that seem to go directly into my bladder area in my
lower abdomen, it hurts== I guess it has to do with our nervous system.
