I know this is little late, but I've been having technical problems last few days. While sudden noises that I am not ready for still causes painful spasms in my bladder, I'm not nearly as sensitive as it used to be. My first couple years after my injury any type of loud sudden noise would send a shock wave down my spine and pain would erupt around the lumbar region. Thank goodness that has diminished. Quadius
