I carry a small bag on the back of my chair to hold water and other essentials. Anything that I consider valuable or of absolute importance by Kerry and two small pouches on the sides of my chair, just under my arms. That way if someone's trying to get into them I know about it.
The bell is a good idea, but it would probably drive me crazy. Too many rough roads, and sidewalks. My wheelchair has enough noise is already. :-) Quadius
