Let the person with the least amount of guilt, cast the first stone....... We are all guilty of speeding or racing at one time or another, so I can't begin to judge you for speeding or possibly racing issue. The truly sad thing is someone was permanently injured and a death was caused. Others have been affected by the injury and a family has been affected by a death. The judge knows more about your case that I do and I must trust his judgement as best. I hope I'm right. May the court system have the mercy you seek. Well it's almost that time, next week is my sentencing…… I'm not really sure which way it will go. I have been quiet about this, but the reason I broke my neck was because I was in a horrible car accident. Unfortunately the other person involved in the accident did not survive. The DA attempted to say that I was racing, which I wasn't I was actually driving home from my birthday party with my family. My doctors say in that prison will most likely kill me… .. I was wondering what you guys thought about that.
