Hi ,   Danny......... I agree with Dana on this, it is sad that someone got 
killed but you have to live the rest of your life Paralyzed and reminded each 
and every day, plus prison for someone so severly disabled would not really 
help or accomplish anything---And I would think it would be very costly for the 
system. Hope it all turns out ok , good luck.                    Another one of

    How can they put you in prison, if you were not racing?  How can they know 
you were or you were not.  Were you DUI?  I met someone on the Internet some 
time ago and they told me about their daughter was going to prison over DUI and 
the other person was killed.  There really tough on that.  I'm so sorry you are 
going to prison, why can't they do a house arrest, because of your disability 
as you could not have adequate care in prison.  Is there nothing that can be 
done? you don't know how long yet.  Isn't paralysis enough?
