I know this drug is helping people as is its other name by Gabapantin. I also know that it is hard on the kidneys. What I do not understand is why doctors prefer it rather than say time released morphine which granted is addictive but whatever works you are going to use. Neurontin did not appear to work for me but I stopped taking after the required dose was high, like 4 4x a day.
Luckily I get the morphine which works 60mg X 2 daily.
