I have ALWAYS had a big drink jug full of water set on a table I roll under with the straw bent right at mouth level. Right now I am using a 64 ounce drink jug but I have smaller ones and bigger ones. 64 ounces is a great deal (or amount) of water and it lasts me all day.
At one time I thought that no one could drink too much water without any problems. I was wrong. One year when I was having some blood tests done... my sodium level was down showing that I was washing out too many of the electrolytes in my body. My doctor just suggested that I cut down a little bit on my water intake. I was flushing out too many electrolytes that one's body needs. If someone has problems with electrolyte balance... that can be big-time trouble.
