www.ehob.com has them for about $70 if you buy two or more.  I think.

Right now Medicare is paying for my alternating pressure mattress overly and
the pump that goes with it.  The vendor used is called Apria.  If the
mattress pad or the pump has a problem... they bring one the very next day.
In fact... I could hear a tiny leak in my air mattress several days ago but
the baffles were not completely flat.  But with the Memorial Day weekend
coming up... I called them yesterday to tell them I needed a replacement pad
and just now they delivered it to the door.
Medicare pays 80% and we paid something like $14 a month or something.  I
would have to ask my husband.
