Yea. I've used it as long as I've taken hydrocodone and especially oxycodone. Without Mirilax, or polyethelene glycol 3350nf, I would be so incredibly impacted. I take it twice the day before I do my bowel regime. It has no taste and works well in coffee. It doesn't cause cramps. It is moving water to your bowel. I actually mix it with Citricel the night before. The two mixed together don't taste nearly as awful as they look. Your system may need more or less of it, but it sure stopped the 'roids and helps me get done sooner.
