Q.

What you did is to use reason and logic and not medical advice. That is the
way I run my quadriplegic life and have been successful by not listening to
the doctors who told me I would never earn another $1 for the rest of my
life. The reason I was able to accomplish being financially successful
within the eight years of my paralysis was a philosophy very similar to what
you will read on this link…

it’s a good way to run your life… if his radio program is broadcast in your
area … please listen as he has great knowledge… Roy

I use a little more than they suggest, but that's just the way I like it.
Currently I am using a sheet, sheepskin, and a had to make sure no moisture
seeps through to the mattress. I know this diminishes the benefits of the
low air loss therapy, but that's the way I have my bed right now.

About 10 months ago I developed a really strange rash. The doctors had no
clue as to what was causing it, but the rash developed into small blisters
and eventually busted. When this occurred, I used just a sheet over the
mattress and this did facilitate the healing.

I never thought about just using the cover which came with the mattress.

I was wondering how those of you use your low loss air mattress. Do you
place a cover or sheet on top of them, so you don't lay directly on the
rubber type material?
