I haven't but it's definitely a good idea. I'm always so grateful to get help that I sugar coat a lot of the job duties such as cooking, vacuuming, floor washing and wiping counters and table tops for fear that the person won't take the job. But then it becomes awkward to bring these things up. I always hope that they will take it upon themselves to do these things but it never happens so from now on I'll have a list of things that have to be done and how often. Thanks for the reminder LQ!
