Hiya Amye! As an employer, you have to have and established list or book of requirements and duties. Its business like and survival. How you follow those written requirement are up to you. If you don't have your rules and requirements, those that work for you will establish their own and you may not like them. Be a tough and firm employer, but be fair. Otherwise.....
